• Loan is paid off: You get the full offer amount.

• Loan is lower than your offer: We pay off the loan, and you get the remaining balance.

• Loan is higher than your offer: We send your lender the offer amount, and you pay the rest to close out your loan.

Yes. If your bank has it, that’s fine — we’ll work directly with them. If you own the vehicle outright, we will send you a free prepaid envelope for you to mail us the title. The title must be signed by the owner of the vehicle.

Yes. As long as you can show proof of ownership, we can still purchase the vehicle. Expired registration does not affect your ability to sell to VOS.

Yes. Insurance is not required for the sale. You can still complete the entire process even if the vehicle is uninsured.

Yes, we do. We contact your leasing company to verify the buyout amount and walk you through how the process works. Many customers are surprised at how simple this step is.
