We handle the payoff directly with your lender. Here’s how it works:
Loan is paid off: You get the full offer amount.
Loan is lower than your offer: We pay off the loan, and you get the remaining balance.
Loan is higher than your offer: We send your lender the offer amount, and you pay the rest to close out your loan.
Often yes. Same day or next day appointments are available depending on your location and inspector availability. We allow you to enter two availability options when scheduling your inspection. We do our best to accommodate your schedule. All of the scheduling process can be handled through the Customer Dashboard.
